We record your natural movement patterns and create precise, time-based training plans that specifically prepare you for your competition.
We develop individual training plans for triathletes that differ from those for basketball players, climbers, runners, or swimmers. To improve performance in sports that require high levels of strength over extended periods, such as cycling, running, cross-country skiing, speed skating, swimming , and rowing, we offer strength endurance training. This training also promotes performance in sports with specific jumping abilities, such as volleyball, figure skating, and wrestling.
