Crawl swimming training focuses on developing efficient technique and endurance for swimmers of all skill levels, including beginners. The butterfly, backstroke, and breaststroke strokes are also specifically trained to achieve comprehensive improvement in swimming skills. Our program offers customized sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you want to refine your crawl technique, perfect the butterfly stroke, or improve your backstroke or breaststroke technique – we adapt the training to your wishes and requirements.
Through targeted exercises, we improve your water position, kick, arm stroke, leg strength, and breathing technique to increase your speed and endurance in the water. The program includes both technique exercises and interval training aimed at maximizing your performance in training and competitions. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, we offer you the right balance to continuously improve your swimming skills. With finely tuned training sessions for competitive swimmers as well as long-distance swimmers, we guarantee that every swimmer receives individual support and achieves their personal goals.
However, it's important to note that breaststroke is not recommended for back pain, as the traditional head position, which involves keeping the head above water, can lead to unnatural hyperextension of the cervical spine. This places strain not only on the neck but also on the lower back, which can worsen pain. Instead, we recommend swimming strokes such as the crawl or backstroke, which promote a more neutral posture and are easier on the back.

Tuesdays: 12:00 - 12:45 or 12:45 - 13:30, 18:00 - 18:45 or 18:45 - 19:15
Thursdays: 12:00 - 12:45 or 12:45 - 13:30
