Our swim training for triathletes is tailored precisely to the demands of triathlon—whether sprint distance or Ironman. The focus is on technique, endurance, and water position to optimally prepare you for the competitive swim discipline.
What you can expect:
Technique training to improve your crawl style, efficient water position and breathing
Interval and endurance units to develop your basic endurance and race speed
Open water training (seasonal) with a focus on orientation, mass start and wetsuit swimming
Competition-specific content , such as rolling starts, sightings and swimming under pressure
Individual support from experienced coaches who are triathletes themselves

Mondays: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM, 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM, 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM or 8:15 PM - 9:00 PM
Tuesdays: 12:00 - 12:45 or 12:45 - 13:30, 18:00 - 18:45 or 18:45 - 19:15
Thursdays: 12:00 - 12:45 or 12:45 - 13:30
